Normally when using quizzes in Rise360 and you set the Passing score, then the end user can not progress the elearning before reaching the passing score. However, something has changes - because right now the end user can progress via the navigation pane, which was not possible just a few days ago.
Anyone knows what happened or if it will go back to "no progressing unless you meet requirement"?
Or has a new functionality being added I don't know of (that could easily be too).
The end user shouldn't be able to progress past the quiz if they haven't met the requirement of a passing score. We haven't changed anything recently so it would be helpful to see this issue in action. Is it possible that you can share a screen recording of this issue? That will give us a better understanding so that we can move forward with troubleshooting.
