Saving your RIse 360 course onto your hard drive rather than the Articulate server

Mar 01, 2023

Does anyone know if you are able to save your content in a Rise 360 onto your hard drive? I know that your courses get automatically saved on the articulate server but what happens if the content is proprietary and you need to have the final produce on your computer for you client?

Hi there, Tom. Some folks have used these strategies, depending on what the need is:

  • download a PDF version for compliance and stakeholder requirements
  • send a copy to stakeholders who also have access to Rise 360
  • share the published output package with stakeholders (web or LMS)

Karl's right that there isn't a way to download a version of your content that can be uploaded back into Rise 360 for editing at a later time.
