we work with your Articulate platform and we have been using it for some years now. A few days ago one of our clients told us that they could not upload the SCORM file to their SAP platform because they got a legend that says "The compressed files DO NOT have valid content files." We do not know what is happening and we would like to see if you could support us in being able to continue working and delivering our files as normal.
