Section headings and scroll bar in Rise.

Two feature I would like added if possible.

1.       Sidebar to scroll with the lessons. Currently as I work through topics, the sidebar listing all the lessons remains in place. So I have to use the scrollbar to see where I am up to within the course. Would be great if this scrolled along with the topics.

2.       The only place the Section heading appears is in the scrollbar. Would be good is section headings displayed in the topic screen. Perhaps just up where the slide numbers are.
