Share Courses with the Same Collaborators

Hello,

I work with a growing team and would appreciate recommendations on how to efficiently add the same collaborators to our courses.

Is there a way to make a group so I don't have to add the same 10+ people to every course we create each time?

I thought of adding everyone to one course and using it as a template but the collaborators don't seem to copy over when I duplicate the course.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue? What did you find to work best?

Hi Mike,

There is only one option: add each individual collaborator to each course, one at a time.

Perfect timing; I was coming on here to ask the exact same question.

We have a team of 15 and every lesson needs to be shared with every member. It is - of course - arduous to enter every email in per lesson. I'm surprised there isn't even a quick fill option when typing in. Or bulk entry.

Thoughts:

1. When duplicating a course, choose to include collaborators (this would be the winner for us as we work from templates)

2. Create groups, as suggested above.
