Great question - no limit on the number of people you can send the Share link to! That Share link is designed for light sharing of the content. For example, a learners' progress won't be saved, so if they launch your course more than once using a shareable web link, their progress will be reset to 0% and they'll be taken back to the beginning of the course.
If you want learners to be able to resume where they left off, you'll need to export your Rise course as an LMS package as described here.
Viewing a course via a shareable link is not a long-term hosting solution. And a shared course doesn’t track your learners’ progress. When they leave and come back, they have to start all over.
How many learners do you foresee using the share link? Do you need to track your learners' progress in the course?
We usually recommend you use a permanent web host for the best learner experience.
Thanks for that detail, Amy. The Share URL from either Review 360 or Rise 360 can give quick access to your learners, but I'd definitely check out a permanent web hosting solution for both your Storyline 360 and Rise 360 content!

Hi Lorraine,

Thankyou. That's exactly what I wanted
Lorraine - can you specify light sharing? For example if we did not want to deploy the course through our LMS, could we use the Rise link instead?
Good question, Amy!

Hi Alyssa - thank you for your reply.
There could be upwards of 2000 users viewing the content - tracking progress is not necessary.
I am asking because I received conflicting information that unlike the Storyline shareable link, the Rise link could be used for widespread usage.
