Thanks for your question! You can share your Rise course with as many people as you’d like. The course link doesn’t expire. Here’s a helpful article that can walk you through it.
Let me know if you run into any issues - happy to help!
Just adding another layer to this- are there any plans to provide an option for links to expire? I ask because we would like our prospects to preview some of the course countent but don't want to go through the hassle of enrolling them in an unique course for them on our LMS (and then un-enrolling them after a certain period of time). Thanks!
There's not currently a way to add an expiration date to a share link. Would you be up for logging a feature request to tell us more about your specific needs?
In the meantime, you could add a password to the share link and simply change the password when you no longer want them to be able to access a course.
Let me know if there's anything else I can do to help. :)
I found that article on the web too but what I need to know that this isn't explaining, is once the link is shared and the learner clicks on it a file is downloaded. Then what?

Hi Susan,
When a learner clicks on the Share link nothing is downloaded, they're just able to view your course.
I hope that makes sense. Let me know if you have any other questions.
