I have a problem with sidebar behavior for the Rise projects. Once the course is 100% completed, clicking the course title in sidebar causes blank page.
I'm sorry you ran into an issue here. It looks like another user reported this to us yesterday and we logged it as a bug. I'll share any updates with you via this thread.
In the meantime, if there's anything else I can do to help, please let me know!
Is there an information which Rise update caused this issue? We provided some courses to the Client and they could be corrupted due to this issue so I think it is safe to re-export and re-send them. Do you know by chance from which date should I look to the courses to re-send to our Client?
Hey, Andrey. I'm sorry but I don't know for sure how long this has been an issue in Rise 360. Talking to our development team, my best guess is a couple of weeks, but it's possible older courses could have been affected as well.
