SME Rise template tool

We have a portion of our team that helps create content (sort of like SMEs), but does not design using the Rise authoring tool. Are there any good tools that already exist to help an SME prepare content for a designer that will take their content and translate it into a Rise site? I'll probably try to create something myself, but thought I would ask if something already existed first.
