Something went wrong: error message when publishing to review 360

I am attempting to publish a Ride360 course to the 360 reviewer for SME review and I keep getting an error message back. I have reset my computer twice and continue to get the message in the attachment. 

Is RISE down? Or am I missing a setting?

Hello there! I'm so sorry you ran into that error. We're experiencing an issue in Articulate 360 right now, and while we work to resolve it, publishing from Rise 360 to Review 360 is currently disabled.

I am having this issue with one of my courses right now, although other courses are publishing to Review just fine. Status shows that everything is operational. However, I did find another post in the forum where a person said they tried duplicating the course and that worked. So I tried that and it did in fact publish to review.
