I have inserted storyline blocks in my rise project but have the video preview has a black border? I have filled the box in Storyline, but once published and uploaded it still has a black border. I have also tried to add a cover photo but the same issue occurs once uploaded.
Is there a specific size or way to make it look cleaner with a white border?
The default option for background color is dark for the modern player and you can change it.
To customize it, you can click Player > Color & Effects > Choose Light or Custom then change the background color to white. Once you're done, please republish and insert the Storyline block again.
