Storyline Blocks in Rise - Font issue

I uploaded a training that I created in Rise using some Storyline blocks to our LMS (WorkDay). Some people have had issues with the fonts in the Storyline blocks not showing up correctly (see image). The font I used is Roboto and even after having them install the font on their computer, they're still seeing the error.
Any advice?

What web browser(s) were those learners using when they ran into this problem? Have you been able to recreate the font issue in your own testing?
We ended up changing the font from Roboto to Arial and so far have not had any issues. The users were using Chrome which the preferred browser for WorkDay. I think it was a fluke font issue.
