Storyline blocks not appearing properly in Rise after software update

Since I installed the new version of Storyline 360 software update on Friday, I am having issues adding a Storyline block created using the new version. The loaded block (published via Review 360) no longer appears automatically when moving through the course, but instead shows as a black box, video to be played. I need them to appear like normally loading Storyline content.

See screenshot where for two Storyline blocks, one is appearing as the black box, and one is appearing normally. All the settings and everything else for these two are the same, only the top one was created using the newer version of Storyline 360. This file was previously working when published prior to the software update.

Any ideas on how to resolve? Or has anyone else had this issue?

Hi Kate! I am here to help. If your Storyline 360 interaction has a video or audio in the first slide, the Storyline block will have a play button. The play button was added because some browsers changed how they handle auto-playing audio and video. Here are a couple of articles that could help:
