I'm working in Rise 360. Sometimes I can format (change font size, Bold/Normal, etc.) in the Text & Image block, and sometimes I can see the formatting box but can't select anything. Why is it so easy a lot of the time, and then the next Text & Image block won't let me change anything?
It's a problem I see quite regularly. For some reason the text formatting control panel just stops working. You can select the text, but no formatting changes can be applied to the selected text.
In those cases I quit Rise completely and most of the time this resolves the issue. But sooner or later the problem will crop up again. There is no pattern to why this is happening.
