Student unable to get some videos on our course to work

We have a student who has reported that they cannot get two videos in a course to play. Other students are not experiencing any problems. She tried on several devices and also turned on and off the laptop. We sent her a share link in case that solved the problem, but it didn't work either. Given it's only one student, I think it points to a problem at their end, but I thought I'd ask in case anyone has come across this before! Thanks.

Hi Lindsay! Very smart idea to send the student the Share link! Since the videos didn't play in the LMS or in the Share link, it sounds like this could be an issue with the learner's web browser.

You mentioned they tried accessing the course from multiple devices -- can you tell me more about the devices they tried? Did they try accessing the course from multiple web browsers, too?
