Testing and Evaluations in Rise

I've been developing quite a few courses in Rise as it's a great authoring tool for rapid deployment across multiple platforms.  More learners are using mobile devices and tablets to take our courses. Overall, the courses built in Rise are well received. However, I'd like to see more options included to build out tests such as results screen customization, shuffle answer options per question, feedback that doesn't give away the correct answer, question types (T/F - I know it can be accomplished with multiple choice). 

For evaluations, port over some general types of questions/mechanisms such as a Likert scale and essay style responses.

I know many of us are big on uniformity with course design and while Rise is great, I think it detracts from the learner experience to take a pre-test built in Storyline, advance through content in Rise, take a post test and evaluation back in a Storyline module.
