Jack
Thank you, Jack. That video is very helpful, and I'll share it with my team. If we make changes to support quotation marks in other languages in the future, we'll let you know!
In the meantime, I'd like to share an alternative for the Quote C block example you attached to keep you moving forward without quality issues. You may be able to achieve a similar effect with an Image & text block:
Thank you for your feedback, the idea is good, but it doesn't work because "Image + Text" is a block of two columns, the distance between image and text is too large, I can't change that either, see attachment.
Update's solution is very simple: omit quotation marks in Quote and users can insert themselves in the text box, which language is the same as the text block.
Thanks for that visual and your solution idea, Jack. We will certainly share all of this with our Rise product team. I'll let you know if we get new information.

Hi Jack! Thanks for letting us know what's going on. Are you seeing this error when typing German quotes into a block of text?
What font are you using, and can you share a screenshot of the problem? That will help us get a better idea of the issue. Thanks!
Hi Alyssa,
Thank you for feedback, the text block is all ok, it is up to quote, see video clip.
greeting

Thank you, Alyssa,
this update is also urgent because it is called an error in e-learning quality assurance.

Understood, Jack. Thank you for that context.

I hope that helps. We'll keep you posted!

It doesn't look professional at all as e-learning.
