I'm due to change companies in the next 2 weeks. At my current work I have an Articulate 360 licence and at my new work I'll have a licence under my new company. As I'll be having some time off in between I suspect my current account access will be revoked before my new one is set up. Meaning, I won't be able to share the courses with my new account. Is there another way to share/save/export the courses so that I can transfer them to the new account to be created?
Hi Annette! Rise is an online authoring tool and there isn't a way to export or save your unpublished courses externally. What I can suggest is to create a trial 360 account and send a copy of your existing courses to this trial. You can then send a copy from your trial account to your new subscription once it's available. I hope this helps!
