Trial Version User Can’t See Reviewer Feedback

I, a license holder, gave an individual with a trial license ‘manager’ collaboration status on a Rise course. They are able to make updates to the course, as desired, but can not see any of the reviewer feedback.  Is this normal?

I'd like to ask a few questions to better understand your experience:

  • How is the person with the trial subscription trying to view the feedback? Is it through Review 360? If yes, have they checked the feedback tab for the comments?
  • Is it possible the comments were resolved by the course owner? If yes, try enabling the "Show Resolved Comments" option to see if the missing comments are there.

  • Are they not seeing the comments in the integrated comments section of Rise 360?

If you could share screenshots of what the course owner sees versus what the collaborator sees when they view the feedback, that would be super helpful in helping us identify where the feedback is.
