Trouble Adding a Collaborator in Rise 360 Feb 14, 2022 By Karin Gierke I'm working with a client to do the edits for them after the feedback cycle - in Rise 360. They are unable to add me as a collaborator. Has anyone experienced this? It seems like it would be a simple fix. thanks
Karl Muller 2 years ago02/14/22 at 5:32 pm (UTC) Hi Karin, The collaboration functions in Rise are only available if both you and your client have Teams Articulate 360 accounts. If you have a personal Articulate 360 account, they will not be able to add you as a collaborator.
