I did find that if you go into Settings, then to the Collaborator tab, you can add people there. But it is still a wee bit annoying that the shortcut won't work!
There was a glitch in Rise 360 a few days ago that caused the View Collaborators link to be unclickable in Rise courses, but a fix was released immediately after this was reported. Sorry that you had to experience this brief issue.
This should now work as expected, but please do let us know should you still encounter this issue.

The View Collaborators link is disabled for all our courses as well.
This has happened to us as well!
