Hello! I've exported many SCORM files for a client, all with the same settings, yet one of them is not able to open. I've re-published the course several times, exported it and zipped it. The client has been able to open all other SCORM files I sent, except this one. Please find attached a screenshot of the error message they are getting when trying to open the file. I’m sorry that you’re having some trouble with this particular output file.
You can try renaming the course before export or the actual file as I noticed in your screenshot the name is quite long and includes characters like parentheses. This seems to be a Windows related error message, and I can suggest taking a look at proper file naming conventions here for Windows.
