I am working on a course to share with all team members. I do not see the ability to add collaborators, managers, or assign ownership of my Rise course. I know I've seen it before and I'm stumped as to why I'm not seeing it in this course.

It looks like you have an Individual Articulate 360 subscription. You can only add collaborators to a course if you have a Teams subscription.
If you need to share a course with someone else who has Rise 360, you can always send a copy. You'll each have an independent copy of the same project. Changes you make to the course won't appear in the other authors' versions, and vice versa.

Open your Rise Course.
Chose SHARE.
Choose View Collaborators.
Enter email address to add a Collaborator.
