Hi there, Andrew. The suspend_data in a SCORM package is what the LMS stores and sends back to Rise to help the course resume where the learner left off. Rarely, there is a limit on that data that is exceeded.
Are you getting reports from learners that they aren't returned to the lesson where they left off? We are happy to help you troubleshoot! You can enable debug mode on your output, or feel free to open a case with us for one-on-one help.
