Unable to view content from Rise 360 in Success Factors

Client of ours have Success Factors (LMS A server), this can be visible for the Rise content, everything checks out on this.

However, because of the sensitive content in Rise 360 that the client has, instead of uploading / accessing the content from Server A, they put the sensitive content in Server B. Everything is accessible through Servlets and API. They have actually tested with PDF and Powerpoint, they manage to view it, but Rise content unable to view it. 

These 2 servers (Server A and Server B) are accessible through internal people of the client only. 

Anyone has similar issues? If yes, please share the solution.

Hi there,

It sounds like the issue is specific to server B only, which is more secure based on your description since the same Rise course can be viewed in server A.  This might be LMS-specific, so can you reach out to the Success Factor support team to check on this?  To help with troubleshooting, you can enable debug mode on your Rise course.
