Unsupported Protocol with using the embed feature

Oct 03, 2023

Good morning. I am working on a course that has an embedded pdf file using the embed feature. The pdf was created in Adobe's InDesign by our Communications Team. It was working just fine until yesterday when I noticed it. We're not quite sure what happened. Here's the embed code:

<iframe style="border: 1px solid #777;" src="https://indd.adobe.com/embed/be8db3b8-4903-4188-a0af-6362fa8203e5?startpage=1&allowFullscreen=true" width="525px" height="371px" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen=""></iframe>

I've attached the screenshot of the message we get in the lesson for the element. I am using Chrome and it's had the browser's cache cleared within the past 24 hours.

Hopefully someone can help us out.

Thanks.

Dawn

Thanks. I'll share it with our team.

And to answer the first question - I haven't yet tried embedding the pdf directly into Articulate. I did use the upload attachment block, but we'll need to actually upload the pdf to one of our servers to be able to embed it into the course. Good thing my team has both a web designer & graphics designer who can also help out. :)

Thank you so much for your assistance.
