Hi, we have developed a program in Rise and placed a URL link to a site. When we use it in review the URL works, but once published no longer works and takes us back to the start of the Rise course. does anyone know why this is happening?

Have tested in SCORM cloud and moodle based LMS, both experience this issue.
Hi there, Rachel. I did a quick test of different hyperlinks in my Rise course, and all of them functioned from SCORM Cloud.
Can you tell me how you have your link set up? Is it opening in a new tab or in a new window behind the content?

Identified the problem every time we make a change the url needs to be added again, annoying but easy to resolve
