I developed videos using an app called Toonly. When I import them into Rise360, the quality degrades. Specifically, the text develops a drop shadow. I have tried with multiple fonts, both native to Toonly and others suggested for video. I have contacted their support team, but thought I would post here too.

***EDIT***
Folks at Toonly seem to think it is an issue with video compression in Rise360. Is there an option in Rise to upload with original quality?
Hey Stephan,
Rise 360 does compress videos, but I wouldn't expect the compression to add a drop shadow to the text inside the video.
Would you mind sharing the original video file with our Support Engineers? We'd like to test importing it into Rise 360 from our side. We'll delete it when we're done testing.
