I am not sure if this is a Rise issue or a LMS. I have a course with a number of videos added and I want to be able to report from my LMS on the viewing of these videos. Do I need to set something up in Rise to enable this to happen? many thanks
Hello Meredith! While Rise won't specifically report that videos have been watched, you can report on whether the course is complete. Add continue blocks beneath the videos to ensure that the video's timeline has played through before completing the rest of the lesson.
Are you tracking the course by lessons complete or by a quiz result? If it's lessons complete, you can set it to 100% to require that all content is viewed. If it's quiz result, you may need to make some navigation changes to ensure that learners don't experience the quiz without first seeing the video content.
