Just signed up for an Articulate trial account. I'm trying to build a course in Rise360. When I "launch" Rise360 from the 360.articulate.com website, a new tab opens that says, "Rise 360" at the top. Unfortunately, the webpage stays blank - the program never opens up.
Hi Laura! I'm sorry you're having trouble. A few things to rule out:
Make sure Chrome is up to date.
Can you try launching in another browser, like Firefox or Edge, to see if Rise 360 will load? If it does, clear your cache in Chrome and try loading Rise 360 again.
Make sure you have access to these endpoints in your network.
