RISE not working

Hi,
I've recently just had RISE installed on my laptop, but it wont run. I am using Chrome ver58 and I am logged in. When I try to launch RISE from the menu, it opens Chrome but displays a blank screen. If I open Chrome first, then try to launch RISE, it takes me to https://articulate.com/360/rise. I saw a previous post that said enter https://rise.articulate.com, but this redirects me to https://articulate.com/360/rise.
Any ideas what may be causing this? Thanks in advance

any chance the site is being blocked or javascript is disabled?

OK, the site is not blocked and Javascript is enabled.
Anybody got any other ideas?
Hi Omar,
Are you able to log in to 360.articulate.com? If you can log in there you could click on the Rise icon to navigate to the page as well. If that doesn't work, can you try logging out and back in again?
Chrome should work - but can you try another browser like Firefox or Safari?
Let me know if any of those steps work!

Came into work this morning and Chrome had crashed. I've reinstalled it and everything seems to work again. Thanks to you and Phil for your help,

I had the same problem. I tried multiple times in IE but finally tried Chrome and it worked! Great I got it to work but my question is can it work with IE?
Hi Deborah,
Internet Explorer isn't a browser we support for authoring - so that could be why you had difficulty getting to the site. Take a look at the list of browsers here, the latest version of Chrome should work great!
