I couldn't see a topic for this in the forums. Please share the link if I've missed it.
I realize that when the user sends in-module feedback using the top-right "Feedback" option (see attachment), the course administrator receives the feedback by email notification. Is the feedback stored anywhere else in Rise or the LMS (in our case Litmos)?

Based on the URL shown in the screenshot, this is a Litmos LMS page, and it's not related to Rise at all.
