Hi there, Chris!

While there isn't a way to download an MP3 file from a Rise 360 audio block, here's an easy workaround:

  • Go back to the course main menu page, and click Export.
  • Choose the Web option, and click the Export button.
  • Open the zipped output folder, and click on the Assets folder.
  • Locate the MP3 file inside that folder.

Let me know if that's what you had in mind!

Hi Karen!

Under the Content>Assets subfolder of your exported Web output folder, you should be able to find the MP3 file(s), if you have inserted Audio Blocks or have recorded/imported audio in your other blocks (such as in a Process or Labeled Graphic blocks).

Here is a sample content of an exported Web output, with an MP3 file:

If you have inserted an Audio block and/or recorded/imported audio files in Rise, but are unable to see the MP3 files in the exported folder, please share this with us as a support case so we can look into this issue closely.
