I would like to clarify, what block are you encountering this issue with? Have you checked or removed the padding from the image you uploaded? You can go to the Settings tab of the Edit option to adjust the padding.
Let me know if you continue to experience this issue and in which block you are seeing this behavior so that I can run some tests from our end.
