We are considering purchasing Articulate 360 and love RISE. We have no LMS and an outdated SharePoint site. We would like to start creating courses but have one fundamental question. Can our RISE courses stay in the cloud and just be permanently be accessed by our employees (1800+) via hyperlinks (probably emailed to them)? We are looking at possible Intranet solutions but would need courses prior to the purchase of an Intranet solution.
You can see all the ways to share a Rise course outlined here. If you're hoping to use the Rise Share link, its recommended for a small audience and one where you don't need to track their progress, allow them to resume, etc.
You could also give your learners access to the index.html file for offline viewing. Be sure to also include a note that offline viewing is supported in Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
