Your Session has timed out

My Rise 360 courses are not accessible; each time I attempt to load one, I receive the error message "Your computer is offline" or "Your session has timed out."

Since everything else functions properly, I'm positive it's not my internet. Can somebody please assist me?

Hi there! Are you still encountering this issue? 

If you still are, please try other supported browsers to check if the issue is browser-specific. 

You can also try going on Incognito mode and check if the issue still occurs while you are in Incognito mode:

  • Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + n.
  • Mac: Press ⌘ + Shift + n.
