Bug in marker editing in Rise

UPD. If anybody experiences it, what helped us is reduce and then bring back the browser resolution back and forth (artificially reducing it crazily and enlarging it, and then bringing back to 100% where the problem occured) and the field refreshed to be visible again.
Dear all,
I have encountered a strange bug where suddenly I cannot edit long scrollable marker texts (or texts with images)
Here is the recording of the bug - I create a marker, add long text, view it, but cannot then edit.

I use as always Chrome Version 70.0.3538.67 (Offizieller Build) (32-Bit) which never caused such problems

Thanks so much for that helpful Peek recording. I saw the same thing you're seeing in Chrome 70 for Windows. Let me get this to my team so we can begin looking into a fix. I'll keep you posted!

Thanks for those detailed steps, I'm able to replicate this on Chrome for Windows (it works normally on the Mac environment).
