Need fullscreen option in Rise modules

Hello!

I was doing a review on a course I built in Rise. It is comprised of videos which I embedded from Vimeo. I need to use this option because of the file capacity limit for our LMS. I selected the full screen option in the embed settings. Once the course is published and had been uploaded onto the LMS, the full screen option was GONE. This is very important to have as it was a setting made before I published. The full screen option does show up in the Preview, but in Articulate Review nor the LMS. 

Can anyone tell me what happened? Why is the full screen option gone? I am attaching three screenshots for a visual representation.
