Hi, my Rise course will not preview in Moodle. I have published and imported as a SCORM. It will not work. I have uploaded Rise files to this moodle system in the past but it will not work suddenly. I exported a scorm from SL to see if I could narrow the reason and the file worked. The issue seems to be Rise related. Using Moodle 2.4

I had a problem like this. The cause was the CDN. I found that js of rise count iframes on indexAPI.html. My Moodle is under CDN . The CDN add one iframe on all pages. So iframes was > of total iframe that rise expected to found and the content doesn't start.

Submitted a case. In the meantime can you please provide solutions as its urgent. All i get is a grey screen.
