Hello, Rise SCORM is not saving the progress in Moodle when the "Exit Course" link is not clicked.
Has anybody else experience this problem?
Typically, as long as the SCORM file is closed properly than it will track back to the LMS. This is my first time using Rise in Moodle so maybe it is a Moodle thing?
Admin: I have a video to share privately if you think it would be helpful in diagnosing.
Thank you, Karl. I wish the Exit Course link was bolder and more apparently to students. It is quite hard to see unless you are specifically looking for it.
Hi everyone! I wanted to mention that you can add an exit course button to the final blocks lesson of your course. Just insert a button block, and set the destination to "exit course." I hope that helps!

Every LMS works somewhat differently.
For our LMS (not Moodle) learners must use the "Exit Course" link to save their progress.
That is the purpose of the "Exit Course" link: first save learner data to the LMS and then exit the course.

Agreed. We need the ability to style the Exit Course link.
I know there was an issue with closing courses when Chrome updated their browser security. You can see the thread here: https://community.articulate.com/discussions/rise-360/chrome-v83
Not sure if this will help but maybe worth looking into.
