Images in Tables for Rise 360
This feature seems so basic that it's frustrating why it is not already an option. Just adding my support for the ability to include images in tables. As a feature requested from many people over many years, it would make a lot of people happy.
Thank you!

I agree, I have been updating training created in another package and my manager is unhappy that I cannot create something that looks more similar to the old one. Its also frustrating that I can't either record speech or have text to speech available. Not great when creating content for all people.

You can add images to the top of the columns block, so its odd they haven't added this feature into tables.

How can you add images there? The only thing I've been able to add are emojis(?).
Happy to jump in here!
I'm not sure which area of Rise 360 HVfb0f498d-053b is referring to, but I can confirm importing images to Table Blocks is still unsupported. I've included your voice in the feature request that's being tracked!
Also, I'm sorry to hear that modifying your Tables has been such a pain point for you. Triple-clicking your mouse, or selecting multiple cells is the recommended way of opening the formatting toolbar. However, if certain formatting elements are not working as expected, seeing a screen-recording of your steps can help us troubleshoot this better. Do you mind sharing that here in the discussion or privately through a support case?
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Also, a general comment about Tables in RISE. They are so difficult to use. The menu to add/delete columns does not always easily pop up. Once the column is created to a certain length/width, it's so hard to change - it doesn't even always work! The adjuster doesn't show up most of the time, or at all. Can this be fixed?? The table feature is not up to par.

I second a request for images in tables. I understand the data capacity issue for inline images, but this is learning content...images are necessary for good visual design. Also I would appreciate being able to control the borders. How is it we can create a dashed border or a highlighted border, but we can't turn borders off? I don't always want borders (more than 60% of the time). It just seems VERY odd to have some control, yet not helpful control. Honestly, I have tried three or four ideas to organize legacy content to make it look similar to what our learners are used to using. Tables is really the only way to make it happen, but being locked in to a specific position on screen (not being able to center the entire table), having no control over the look and feel of the table, and being unable to add proprietary icons to our tables really is a deal breaker.
