Carol Tate has been an employee development trainer at West Corp. in Omaha, Nebraska for about 20 years, mainly in the capacity of software training. In the past two years she has begun to develop online e-learning courses for people within the company. The possibilities for e-learning seem endless, and she looks forward to continuous learning in this field.
