About
Diane Rhodes-Michaely
For over 20 years Diane Rhodes-Michaely has worked for several international telecommunications companies as a course developer and educational consultant. In her current position, Diane is currently leading a team of professionals to design and develop education programs to meet the wide variety of learning needs of co-op directors, CEOs, and staff. The team's focus is to help E&T and other NRECA departments produce cost-effective, high-quality education programs that use innovative instructional strategies including classroom-based, distance and blended learning approaches. Diane received her bachelor’s degree from Mary Washington College and her master’s degree from George Mason University. Diane has taught writing and literature courses part-time at various universities for 15 years. When Diane began teaching in 1989, it was in a traditional classroom format but in 2001 she made the transition to an online format. Diane’s main interest is finding how to most effectively use technology to enhance learning. -
