Serves as primary point of contact for CSE Training. Serves as the program’s liaison to the DOR’s Communication and Professional Development training team. Lead department-wide training initiatives. Consult with region training managers to set and achieve planning objectives to improve training processes. Provides training-related communications to region trainers, training managers, and other staff. Provide technical support, oversees training administration duties, and serves on process improvement teams. Serves as the Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator for the CSE Program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing technical assistance to the training managers and trainers, researching requests for LMS reports or services, maintaining curricula in the LMS, managing the CSE course numbering process, providing monthly assessment reports to Program Office and region training supervisors, and providing communications to management and region trainers regarding LMS updates and other topics. Creates, revises, and upload computer-based training courses to the LMS. Develop computer-based training using appropriate software such as ToolBook, Articulate of User Productivity Kit (UPK). Serve as the Program’s “State Liaison” for the federal Office of Child Support Enforcement to assist with federal training initiatives. Plans and coordinates CAMS training activities with CSE business process managers, process owners, region management and staff. -
