I am currently a Sr Training Specialist in a "department of one", having to be the coordinator, instructor, developer, coach, and sometimes manager. Just getting my feet wet with RID and using eLearning tools, but take every opportunity to learn especially if it's free ;) I'm excited to be apart of such an awesome community!
