I'm a Biomedical Scientist by training and now a full time Clinical and Scientific (Training) Consultant working for the UK Blood Service (NHSBT) and as a Senior Lecturer in Transfusion and Transplantation at the University of the West of England. NHSBT recently started using Articulate to update some of our mandatory training packages. We had some training but a lot of my experience has been to try something and see what happens, so I'm hoping this forum will be really helpful.
