I have been in learning and development for so many years that my hair has turned grey! I run my own company in Sydney and we have fun delivering vocational qualifications to our students. We have even more fun playing with LEGO through the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY methodology to develop team strategies and to instigate culture change. We are currently in the process of moving our content on line using a whole range of different processes.
