Articulate 360 studio engage interaction

Jul 29, 2020

I have created an Introduction slide for 1 course (in engage) but want to use it for another course too how can I save as this so that it doesn’t change the content for the original course please?

Hello AES Services!

Since we don't have an option to save specific parts of interaction in Engage, we'll want to save the entire file, duplicate the file, and then re-open it in Engage.

Here are the steps:

  1. Save the project in Engage. Make sure to save it locally, so in your Documents folder or on your desktop.
  2. Access the file in File Explorer. Right-click to copy and then paste the project in the same folder. The wording "copy" should be automatically added to the file name.
  3. Open the copy in Engage and then remove previous parts of the interaction that are unnecessary.

It is a somewhat lengthy process but it does the trick! Let me know if you have any questions.
