One of the user in my organisation having trouble regarding Articulate Engage and Quizmaker. The setup for the notebook is as below :
OS : Window 8
Office Version : Microsoft Office 2010
Problem : When the user launch Presenter (Mic. Powerpoint) the software runs alright. She can narrate and do the editing. When she click on Engage or Quiz Button, there's a pop up and its requesting to install the Articulate Engage and Quizmaker (this is the problem as once we install Articulate Studio, its suppose to install all the package).
Can some one please help me as i need to resolve this matter. Looking forward to a reply.
