When I preview an Engage slide, I get random blue boxes showing up under the clickable interactions. This is what it looks like. I also get the same thing when I publish too.
Any idea why that happens and how I can get rid of it? It doesn't happen to every one, just some.
It looks like in this example there is possibly left over text/spacing from within the section to title the "Period" of the timeline. I'm not able to replicate this with spacing alone in my own Engage files, so I'd suggest conducing a repair of Studio to start with.
Thanks for sharing the screencast, and letting me know you're also using Studio 09. I tested in both Engage 09 and Engage 13, and don't find a way to replicate the behavior. Since you already conducting the repair, would you be able to share your .intr file here with us to test? If you'd prefer you can also share it privately here.
I see that Rowie was able to solve your problem and share:
I was able to replicate the issue when I tried using version '09. To resolve and remove the dark blue box, what I did is I populated the Period name fields first then I save the interaction. I reopened the interaction and then cleared out the Period names afterwards and made sure that it is blank.

Hi Ashley,
I looked through the Engages slide and there isn't any extra spacing. Perhaps in this video, it shows the issue more clearly.

I am using Studio 09 and I have already repaired it. It's still the same. Do you why it happens?
Thanks,
Janice
